TIPS AND TRICKS BEFORE YOUR RETURN
- Preventing fit problems
Action: Insert your earplugs, turning slightly to make sure they fit snugly. Experiment with different angles to find the most secure fit.
- Guaranteeing product functionality
Action: Make sure your Hushies are fully inserted and sealed in your ear canal. A good seal guarantees optimum performance.
- Understanding the effects of internal noise
Action: It's normal to hear your own voice or internal sounds louder, indicating a good seal. This sensation should become more natural over time.
- Comfort problems
Action: Start by gently turning and inserting your plugs until they fit comfortably in your ears.
- If you feel discomfort, try switching to a smaller or larger tip.
- Test different sizes and adjust the angle or depth of insertion to find the most comfortable fit.
Exception: Returns will not be accepted if products are not returned in their original condition, including all accessories and tips. You will also need proof of purchase.
Return procedure
-Secure packaging: pack your items securely, attach the label provided and follow the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.
- Individual returns: It is not possible to combine several different orders; each order must be the subject of a specific return.
- Easy drop-off: Go to your local drop-off point, ensuring that the return is authorized. Don't forget to get a receipt for your files.
- Fast processing: Returns are generally processed within 3 to 4 working days of arrival in our warehouse. Damaged or defective returns may take up to 10 working days.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a new purchase for the new item.
Final sale
Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned. Exchanges for the same style/color may be possible, subject to availability.
Refund procedure: We will keep you informed as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and will notify you if the refund is approved. When you request a return, you will have the choice of a refund, store credit or exchange. Refunds are issued within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of your return at our warehouse. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take a little longer to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@delka.org.
